What is Act! Speak! Build! Week? -- Habitat for Humanity Int'l 1

What is Act! Speak! Build! Week?

Mark your calendars for
Act! Speak! Build! Week 2008:
March 31–April 6

UCLA campus chapter members put up their on-campus exhibit during Act! Speak! Build! Week.

Act! Speak! Build! Week is Habitat’s worldwide week of student advocacy. It seeks to empower young people to educate themselves and their communities and move them to social action. Student groups partner with local Habitat affiliates to plan and host events ranging from speaker panels and rallies to letter-writing campaigns and meetings with elected officials, all focused on ending poverty housing.
