Match Her Pennies ... And Help Change Her Life

Families living on US$1 a day are saving what pennies they can, as participants in Habitat for Humanity's Save & Build program. Your gift of as little as 50 cents a day will match their efforts and help secure the shelter they so desperately need ... and deserve.

Save & Build works like this:
  • Groups of 12 families save pennies a day, which--with your help--Habitat for Humanity can match.
  • After each six-month period, enough money has accumulated to build three houses, so that after two years all 12 families are living in decent housing.
  • The families pay back the matching funds, allowing others the same Save & Build opportunity.
