Home Means:
Tangibility, Opportunities, Connections, Service, Culture

While the term
home can be defined many ways, the notion of home carries meaning that cannot be so easily measured or explained. A decent home is full of intangibles that create a framework in which families thrive and individuals grow into their full potential. At its best, home is a haven for rest and comfort; it affords a sense of place and permanence; it fosters relationships, connects generations and grounds them in hope and promise.

This edition of
Habitat World explores the concept of home and helps underscore the worth a solid home brings to families all over the world.
