Essay Contest Winner Selected

Once again, Habitat World’s readers have proven that they are not only dedicated volunteers and advocates, but also compelling communicators, as well. Kraig Koschnick, a Montana-based contractor and veteran, has been selected as the winner of the 2008 Habitat World Essay Contest. His essay will appear in the March issue of Habitat World, along with excerpts from many of the inspiring essays received from around the world. Many thanks to all who participated!

If you are still interested in attending this year’s Carter Work Project in the Gulf Coast, you can sign up for e-mail updates at http://www.habitat.org/jcwp/2008/. Registration information will become available as the project approaches.
