US Actor Lends A Hand In Thailand

PHUKET, 2nd March 2006: American actor Scott Foley spent three weeks during February in a new role, that of Habitat construction volunteer.

Mixing in: actor Scott Foley mixes cement with volunteer coordinator Ruthann Kallenberg for a new house in Thachatchai village.


Foley worked at Tachatchai, a community on the northern tip of Phuket island that was affected by high water from the tsunami.

He returned to the USA in time for a round of publicity appearances for his new US network TV series, “The Unit.”  

Foley was well known from his role as a teenager footballer in the US TV series, “Dawson's Creek”. He has also appeared in several films.
